The Official Pacquiao-Mayweather fight poster from HBO

It's officially official! Take a look at the official poster for the May 2 megafight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather which has been tweeted by HBO Boxing. The awesome poster featured the two prized fighter in menacingly rugged poses with Mayweather ahead (left) as per their contract agreement.

HBO Boxing's Twitter account posted an image of the poster, which feature the two fighters in menacing poses. Mayweather is featured first on the poster, as per the contract agreement between the two fighters.

HBO and Showtime came together to air the most expensive fight on pay-per-view in sports history. Mayweather-Pacquiao will almost certainly beat the currently highest 2.5M fight between Mayweather and Oscar De la Hoya in 2007.

Mayweather Exposed! Why keeps on ducking Manny Pacquiao

Is this the real reason why Floyd Mayweather keeps on ducking off Manny Pacquiao? It's no secret Floyd is afraid to lose and very keen in maintaining his unblemished record , but its such a shame to the sport if he's afraid to take that chance against Manny Pacquiao. The best fighters in the world won't hesitate to take that chance to prove they have what it takes to be the best. We don't wan't to hear anymore excuses, we just want to see them fight.

Manny Pacquiao calls Mayweather a coward

Everyone knows that boxers Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather have an interesting history. They have repeatedly shot at each other while simultaneously avoiding one another. Recently, Mayweather insulted Pacquiao with a taunting KO Christmas card as his career has been diminishing.

Mayweather recently told Ben Thompson of Fighthype.com, “All the cards are in my hand,... Pacquiao got pay-per-view number problems. Pacquiao’s boss name is Rob Arum. Pacquiao owes $68 million in taxes. Pacquiao’s got 5 losses. He still got Timothy Bradley problems and Marquez problems…So this guy’s got all these problems and he wants Floyd Mayweather to solve them for him, huh? First he didn’t need me; now he needs me.”

Now, it is Pacquiao's turn to take shots at Mayweather saying, “[Mayweather] is just a coward, insecure and envy [of] my accomplishments,” Pacquiao told The Manila Times via DZAR Sunshine Radio. “I don’t like to bite his gimmicks and I just want to understand him, although it’s too much…But I’m really thankful that he always remember me in some ways.”

We always tell these two prized fighters to just get it over with and fight. We are still hopeful that this most awaited event will take place in the ring.

Pacquiao vs Mayweather is On

It's inevitable. Just minutes after Manny Pacquiao had violently turned Miguel Cotto’s face into a splattered tomato, the chant rose up from the stands of the MGM Grand Garden Arena: “We want Floyd.”

So now the stage is set for the biggest fight anyone can experience in this lifetime. The super fight that could set box office records – Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. It’s the dream bout between the two best pound-for-pound champions in the sport, hopefully sometime in 2010.
